With our Industrial team, and board of advisors guidance, we mitigate risk and execute wise acquisitions in Central Florida and the Southeastern United States.

We seek Value-Add industrial assets over 25,000 SF that fit the profile of our tenant list. We keep close relationships with possible tenants in multiple market sectors to ensure we have an leasing partner before we execute an acquisition. Our underwriting team verifies with conservative assumptions in a fluctuating economy with 100 basis point variances and a Cap rate matrix for a total understanding of possible pain points.

Retail

Through relationships and knowledge of emerging markets, we use our network of anchor tenants, and property owners to match build to suites, and structure long term leases. We are specializing in sub-markets outside of Orlando and Tampa, with openness to projects across Central and Northern Florida.

Our board of advisors and underwriting team ensure we are making wise market decisions and consider best case, most likely, and worse case scenarios with conservative assumptions.
