Seth Kaiser is a real estate investor, capital raiser, and entrepreneur with a track record of scaling property values and optimizing investments across Central Florida. He was in charge of leasing a 61,000 SF Multi-Tenant Industrial Park from $5.5M to $12.5M in a year, nearly doubling rental rates, and negotiating buildouts while managing listings and other leasing projects. He’s consulted on the acquisition and construction planning of a 187,000 SF industrial warehouse and has been actively invested in residential and commercial real estate since 2019. On the residential side, he has built a long-distance rental portfolio, consisting of Long Term Rentals, Section 8, and Airbnb properties across three states. As an Airbnb Super host, he’s managed short and long-term rentals with over 200 five-star reviews and has worked for 2 years at SVN Commercial as an associate broker.

Beyond real estate, Seth raises capital, structuring deals that bring 7-18% returns across commercial, residential, and business acquisitions. He runs a 250+ member investor meetup, mentoring new and experienced investors, and leads a men’s accountability group focused on growth and leadership.

A former pastor with nearly a decade in ministry, he’s led outreach efforts across the U.S., Ireland, and England. When he’s not closing deals, he’s out hiking— having completed the John Muir Trail, Colorado Trail, and summiting some of the highest peaks in the continental U.S. He’s also in the middle of converting an ambulance into a camper van, combining his love for hands-on projects and adventure.
